Renova Dental (“Renova Dental”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through this website, renovadental.ca (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you complete a contact, appointment, referral, or virtual-consultation form, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, the reason for your inquiry, preferred appointment details, and any other information you choose to include. These forms are powered by Fluent Forms, and one embedded form is provided by Typeform.
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
