These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Renova Dental website, renovadental.ca (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Submitting a form on the Site is a request only and does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our office communicates confirmation to you directly.
